Timing & Fees:

Party length varies by event type

$50 fee per additional 30 minutes beyond scheduled time
Booking Information:
-
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date (Virtual Parties must be paid for in advance. Virtual parties are different.)

Remaining balance due before or on event day (Prior to start of party)
-
Rescheduling fee of 10% provided the date is open
-
Cancellations: 25% refunded if cancelled 11 business days prior to event. Cancellations 10 business days or less will loose full deposit.

In the event I need to cancel, your full deposit will be returned. (Does not include virtual events, these will be rescheduled with no refund.)

A contract/agreement must be signed for all non-virtual parties
-
An additional Travel fee will be applied for parties booked more than 20 miles from my location (Additional fees for out of state or more than 40 miles from location.)
Specialty Day Bookings:
Events scheduled on Sundays or Wednesdays will include an additional 10% fee. These proceeds are donated to a church or non-profit organization.

Not liable for spills, damages, or accidents during the event

Cleanup includes painting materials only

Client is responsible for general event cleanup

Take-home supplies (extra paint, brushes, etc.) are not included

Spring Class: Drawing 101
Dates: Thursdays: April 16th - May 21st (6 classes) CLOSED
Time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm (1 hour per class)
Location: (address available at registration)
Age Group: 5 yrs old - Adults (adult must accompany minor students)
Notes: First 4 classes are instructions and teaching, the last
2 classes we will produce a finished piece.
